PRE-NATAL classes will lead expectant mothers through cardio, resistance, core and stretching
exercises suitable for pregnant women of all fitness levels. Develop and maintain strength,
mobility and stamina so you may flourish in pregnancy and beyond! POST-NATAL / Mom & Baby
classes provide you with the opportunity to workout with your baby and meet other moms in
this supportive land-based fitness class designed to help women strengthen, stabilize and re-
condition post-partum. The class will incorporate cardio, resistance, core and stretching exercises
appropriate for post-natal women.
